Our flowers are perishable and usually cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not meet the standard described at the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and a description of the issue. We will investigate each case and, at our discretion, either provide a replacement bouquet, offer a partial or full refund, or issue a credit note for future use.
